I’ve been taking my car here to Gills for oil changes for some time now. I had a bad experience with these guys and I wrote a bad review then, and now. It’s not fair to this new management and team for my bad review for the work done in the past. Since this new team has been around, I have no complaints. I’m still hesitant for them to do any other kind of work on my vehicles because of the past, but I hope it will change when that time comes. So far so good

I was charged more than what the original quote was for the job that needed to be done (about $100) more. When asked how much labor hours I was paying for, it seemed like they didn’t know.
